Our Quality Commitment
At Fuschia, every gown is hand-inspected by our expert team before being lovingly packaged for you. Because our collection features delicate silks and one-off designer pieces, we have a clear policy to ensure every customer receives a garment in perfect condition.
Policy Around Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel beautiful and confident in your Fuschia gown. If your selection isn’t quite right, we are here to help you find the perfect alternative.
Exchanges & Store Credit
While we do not offer refunds for "change of mind," we are happy to provide an Exchange or a Store Credit (valid for 12 months) for full-priced items.
Notification Window: Please email us at shop@fuschia.co.nz within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
Condition Requirement: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and no signs of makeup, perfume, or wear.
Final Sale Items
To maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards for all our guests, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on:
Sale or Clearance items.
Earrings and hair accessories.
Intimate items, hats, or gloves.
Damages & Lost Packages
Damaged Items
In the rare event that an item is faulty upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work closely with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Lost Packages
If a product is lost in transit, we will assist you in lodging a claim with our shipping partner (NZ Post). Please contact us immediately, and we will guide you through the process.
