Shipments to locations outside New Zealand may attract import and customs duties, taxes, and/or clearance fees at the destination country. These costs may be payable to the carrier either before or at the point of delivery and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Change of Mind Fuschia Boutique does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for 'change of mind' or should the item not suit you for any reason. We cannot refund or exchange earrings, or hair accessories for hygiene reasons. We also cannot refund or exchange gift cards. Clearance Items / On Sale Items These are final sale items, and will not be accepted for return or exchange. Faulty or Damaged Items Fuschia Boutique may accept unworn items if contacted via email within 2 days of dispatch for exchange if they are described as ‘New' in our condition report. The item must not have been worn; the item must be in pristine condition as originally sold in the packaging with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear. Determination of an item matching the definition of “New Condition” is at the sole discretion of Fuschia Boutique upon return receipt (return at your cost) of the item. We do not refund or exchange if you have changed your mind. Like all our clothing items, and because of the nature of the delicate items with regard to the health/hygiene implications, we are unable to offer returns on the following accessories: • Earrings • Intimate items • Hats • Gloves Other Damage If a product is damaged in transit, please contact NZ Post here and additionally advise us as soon as possible.
